We ship worldwide from Germany using trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx. All products are carefully packed and shipped as Warenpost or small tracked parcels, depending on the destination.

International Shipping

Below are starting shipping rates for select countries:

  • Germany – from €2.70 (DHL Warenpost)

  • Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg – from €6.00 (UPS Access Point)

  • Switzerland – from €33.45 (FedEx International Connect)

  • France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic – from €9.00 (UPS Standard)

  • United Kingdom – from €10.00 (UPS Standard)

  • USA & Canada – from €33.00 (FedEx International Economy)

  • Australia – from €68.00 (UPS Express Saver)

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Note: The prices listed on all product pages include VAT and all applicable price components.

Customs & Import Duties

For all deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are determined by your country and depend on the product origin and classification. You will be responsible for any such charges once the shipment reaches your country.

Phoenix Feather Concepts does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict the exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
